Privacy Notice on the Protection of Personal Data

1. Data Controller

This privacy notice has been prepared by Simkon İletişim (the "Company"), acting as data controller, for visitors of the Simkon İletişim website (https://simkon.com.tr) and for persons who contact us through the site or submit a wholesale dealership application.

2. Personal Data Processed

Site visitors: Subject to your consent, usage data such as page views, visit duration and traffic source are processed in anonymised form through analytics cookies. For details, please see the Cookie Policy.

Contact form: Your full name, e-mail address, subject and any information you share in the body of your message are processed for the purpose of responding to your request.

Dealership application: Your full name, e-mail address, telephone number, the city/district applied for, occupation, investment budget range and any other information you share in your form message are processed.

Candidate panel: Once your application is approved, user account information (e-mail address, session records) and the documents you upload during the process are processed for the purpose of tracking the process.

3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis

Your personal data are processed for the purposes of responding to your contact requests, evaluating your wholesale dealership application, contacting you, carrying out contractual processes and tracking the dealership set-up process, on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2 (c) of the KVKK, "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract", and Article 5/2 (f), "legitimate interest". Analytics cookies are used solely on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 5/1).

4. Transfer of Data

Your data are transferred to domestic and foreign service providers from which we obtain hosting and e-mail infrastructure services (server and database hosting, e-mail delivery services, analytics services), only to the extent required by the service. No transfer is made to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention Period

Contact form data are retained for a reasonable period following the resolution of the request; application data are retained for a reasonable period following the completion of the evaluation process; and, where a dealership relationship is established, data are retained for the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data are being processed, to request information, to request rectification or erasure, to object to processing and to claim compensation for damages. You may submit your requests to info@simkon.com.tr.
